1 Discovery

• Selection of preferred design
• Exploration of site – planning assessment,geotechnical investigations, site survey
• Apply preferred design to the site
• Preparation and presentation of the quote

2 Approval

• Finalise contract and pay deposit
• Prepare development application to facilitate planning approval
• Review and finalise construction drawings for production
• Prepare building permit application to facilitate building approval

3 Production

• Upon approval of construction drawings, manufacture of your newhome will commence
• Concurrently, our delivery team will commence site works including siteaccess, footings/foundations and services

4 Delivery and installation

• The delivery team will facilitate transportation, lifting and placement of your new home

• The on- site team will manage installation of your new home including assembly of any customised elements including landings, stairs and decks

• Compliance Connection of services and commissioning of appliances including power, water, sewer, stormwater, hot water cylinder, heat pumps, oven and cooktop

5 Completion

• Quality assurance and defect rectification
• Compliance inspection and compliance sign-off
