Absolutely. Every Knest home includes a structural warranty as well as warranties on materials, fixtures, and appliances. Our Modular Homes are covered by our factory warranty:

Can I customise my Knest home?

Yes. While our homes are based on efficient, repeatable designs, you can add options such as decks, higher-pitched roofs, and design upgrades to suit your lifestyle and site.

Yes. All homes have a C1 cyclone rating as standard, with upgrades available to suit C2 conditions. They are also earthquake-resistant up to magnitude 6.9, making them resilient in high-risk zones.

Do Knest homes meet bushfire regulations?

Yes. Our standard homes comply with BAL 12.5, with upgrades available to BAL 40 at minimal additional cost compared to traditional construction.

What energy rating do Knest homes achieve?

Our standard homes achieve a 7-star energy rating, with upgrades available to 8-star. This ensures excellent insulation, comfort, and reduced energy bills.

What materials are used in Knest homes?

Only high-quality, tested, and certified materials are used. All tapware is watermarked, and plumbing inspection points are designed into each module for compliance and ease of maintenance.

How long does it take to build a Knest home?

From order to completion, your home can be ready in as little as 4 months (weather and site conditions dependent).
